1. Who we are

daemons.run provides persistent workspaces for coding agents. You may sign up for the service under these terms.

2. Signing up and billing

A payment card is required to start a paid workspace subscription. Subscriptions are charged monthly in advance at the price shown for that month. The first month is charged at the first-month price shown on the pricing page, once per organization. After that, the subscription renews monthly at its regular price until cancelled.

The prices and workspace sizes shown on the pricing page apply when you subscribe. Any optional package price is shown before purchase.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the provider account you sign in with. Give accurate details and keep your access secure. You may delete your account at any time in Account settings by choosing Delete account. If you have not signed in for twelve months, we remind you by email and delete the account 30 days later unless you sign in. We may remove an account that breaches section 4.

4. Acceptable use of this site

Use this site as intended. Do not attack, probe or overload it, do not attempt to gain access you were not granted, do not automate mass sign-ups or submit identities that are not yours, and do not misuse our email or contact addresses. We may restrict or remove access to prevent illegality, security threats or material harm.

The site is provided as it is, without an availability promise. We may change or withdraw it. Our liability is limited as follows: we are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, culpable injury to life, body or health, fraudulent concealment, expressly assumed guarantees and mandatory liability including under the Produkthaftungsgesetz. For slight negligence in an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to the damage foreseeable at the time; an essential duty is one these terms exist to secure and on which you may ordinarily rely. Liability for other slightly negligent breaches is excluded.

5. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms where a legal, security or technical need requires it. We publish the new version here and, where the change materially affects you, tell you by email before it takes effect. If you do not want to accept a change, delete your account. These terms end for you when your account is deleted.

6. Governing law and venue

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where you are a merchant (Kaufmann), a legal person under public law or a special fund under public law, the courts having jurisdiction at our registered office are the agreed exclusive venue, subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules. Otherwise statutory venue rules apply. If a provision is invalid, statutory law replaces it and the remaining provisions continue.
